Channeling my inner @Emilyjeanne333 because today her book is officially PUBLISHED! I am so proud to call Emily a close friend. I once watched her videos and thought… we would TOTALLY be friends in real life. She says the stuff I feel in my soul. She made motherhood feel normal. She helped me realize I was not alone, even when I felt like I was drowning. This book is perfect no matter the stage of motherhood you’re in. #normalizingnormal #lifewithoutthefilter #realisticmotherhood #yourenormal #n

She said what she said. 🤍 When even our Forever FLOTUS has to trick herself out of being the Strong One — you know this is bigger than willpower. We're not just tired from today. We're tired from years of absorbing everyone else's everything. And no amount of scrolling, wine, or couch collapsing is going to fix it. That's not a sleep problem. That's an empty cup problem. DM me the word REST and I'll send you the link to learn about all 7 types of rest (no email address needed). 🤍 (Credit: @mic

But when you have no one to leave your baby with, even the simplest opportunity can become another struggle. How far would you go to provide for your child when you have no one to help you?
