Update: The New Jersey Youth Corps of Phillipsburg has concluded their 5-week trail maintenance program in Worthington State Forest. Through the National Recreational Trails Grant program, the State Park Service was able to partner with the Phillipsburg Youth Corps tackling much needed trail projects and maintenance.
