The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is investigating two fatal shootings that occurred just after 11:30 a.m. on November 6, 2025, in the 1100 block of 98th Avenue. When officers arrived, they located two adult males suffering from apparent gunshot wound(s). Both victims died on the scene.
