The Taylor Turner Hatchery Pond at Lake Higgins Park will be restocked with rainbow trout today, December 9. The park will be open for anglers to view the stocking and to fish from 8 am to 4 pm, Wednesdays through Sundays. All anglers 16 years and older must possess a valid North Carolina fishing license.
