Doctor Spotlight 🔦 Dr. Michael Milligan is a Board Certified pediatrician who earned his medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his pediatric training at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Tulsa, where he served as Chief Resident. He moved to Norman with his wife, Kristi, and two daughters, Kaitlin and Maci, in 2004 when he joined Norman Pediatric Associates as a partner.
