Andy Warhol used screen printing techniques to create his pictures. I wanted to focus on the repetition of the image that he created and since we couldn’t screen print we did the next best thing - basic ink printing. This was definitely a team effort this afternoon. The carving is tricky so I did that part using a basic tool kit (I got this on amazon ages ago for £15) and some lino. We then just used crayons and paint to add colour. Oh, and a correction pen at the end to add ‘Campbell’s SOUP’. @
