This job is absolutely disgusting the floor had been rotted out from the center due to backflow from a furnace and the washing machine in the laundry room. What lurks behind your walls you will never know unless you inspect, thermal Imaging and moisture meters go a long ways. This was discovered by removing baseboards and finding mold. After finding the mold we were curious And gave it a moisture reading Only to find out it was holding Water Which led to a demolition. Sad thing is we came to install a rubber floor And discovered A small disaster. | Brandon Collins
