Monterey County unanimously approves state of emergency after Moss Landing fire
In a special meeting on Tuesday, the Monterey County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a resolution to proclaim a local state of emergency to address the various concerns surrounding the Vistra Energy battery power storage facility fire in Moss Landing that began last week.
Fire is out at Moss Landing but questions persist as Monterey County Board of Supes call on all operations to remain offline until conditions are met.
