By Rory Carroll March 22 (Reuters) - Aprilia's Marco Bezzecchi cruised to victory at the MotoGP Brazilian Grand Prix on Sunday for his fourth consecutive Grand Prix win and now leads the championship standings.

The first race of the day took place in the Moto3 class on a dry circuit, with Joel Esteban starting on pole for the first time in his career. Unfortunately, he suffered from a huge highside and was out of the race on lap 7 before being taken to the medical center for further checks.
