The Powerball jackpot for Saturday’s lottery drawing has jumped to an estimated $331 million with a cash option of $147.5 million. The drawing will be held at 10:59 p.m. and televised on WABC-7 in New York City and Fox 29 in Philadelphia. REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio — Although nobody won the $303 million Powerball jackpot in the latest drawing that was held on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025, the Ohio Lottery says one lucky player in the state just hit a big prize worth $1 million!

The winner of a $1 million Powerball ticket in Reynoldsburg let the machine pick, and it matched 5-of-5 white balls for the prize.

More than 560,000 other Powerball tickets sold in the United States also won prizes ranging from $4 to $150,000, the lottery said. The Powerball jackpot has not been hit since Dec. 7, when a New York player won the $256 million grand prize, lottery officials said.

Someone in Ohio is likely holding a Powerball ticket worth $1 million. According to Ohio Lottery documents, one lucky ticket purchased in the Buckeye State matched five out of five numbers in the Wednesday, Jan. 8 drawing. Officials said the winning ticket was purchased in Ashtabula County at the Clark Station in Conneaut.

The winning numbers were 8-41-52-53-58. The Powerball was 7 and the Power Play was 3. The numbers were drawn on Wednesday.
