A United Airlines flight from Houston to New York was evacuated just prior to takeoff after flames were seen erupting from the airplane wing, although no one was injured.

A United Airlines flight from San Francisco to Chicago was diverted to Denver early Monday morning after a passenger allegedly became aggressive with a flight attendant. The airline said United Flight 1494 was diverted after “one customer became disruptive and aggressive with a flight attendant.
