Multiple media reports say Texas and coach Steve Sarkisian have agreed on a new contract more than a week after the Longhorns were knocked out of the College Football Playoff.

Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian and some of the players, including Quinn Ewers, met with the media after the game to discuss what he saw from his team, Ohio State, and the game in general and was quick to give credit to the Buckeyes after the loss.
