Steve Lassan from Athlon Sports has made a prediction about who he believes will take charge on the sidelines in Stillwater. He thinks it will be Eric Morris, the head coach of the North Texas Mean Green.

Mike Gundy, one of college football's most colorful coaches over the past two decades, was fired by Oklahoma State on Tuesday after the Cowboys. Gundy, 58, had a career record of 170-90 at his alma mater, where he was a star quarterback in the late 1980s.

For the first time since 2005, a new full-time head coach will be on Oklahoma State's sideline. Oklahoma State fired Mike Gundy back in September following a 1-2 start that came on the heels of a 3-9 record the year prior.
