Carolina Beach continues to deal with flooding following Monday’s storm
CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — Carolina Beach experienced extreme flooding Monday with more than 20 inches of rainfall. Portions of Lake Park Boulevard and Fayetteville Avenue remain flooded, although the water is going down.
