Walt Disney said on Monday it has completed its purchase of Hulu, agreeing to pay NBCUniversal an additional $438.7 million for its stake in the streaming service.

Disney will pay Comcast’s NBCUniversal nearly $439 million for its stake in Hulu, taking full control. The move closes out an appraisal process that’s dragged on for a few years.
