Out in Maryland, Isaiah Likely suffered a small foot fracture in Tuesday's practice and will undergo surgery, though a return by Week 1 (Sept. 7 at Buffalo) remains possible. While Likely has typically played second fiddle to Mark Andrews, he set career highs last season with 42 receptions for 477 yards and six touchdowns.
