The Illinois Attorney General's office has charged a Chicago police officer with bribery and misconduct.

Alain M. Dillon, 37, is accused of taking $500 payments from two individuals in 2023 in exchange for the use of his encrypted police radio. His police powers were revoked in 2024.

Officer Alain Dillon, 37, has been charged by Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul’s office with three felony counts of bribery and 15 felony counts of official misconduct. He has pleaded not guilty.
