The Golden State Warriors have been linked with a potential trade for Jimmy Butler over the past few weeks. Mike Dunleavy Jr. and the front office have made no secret regarding their search to add another star-level talent next to Stephen Curry.

The Golden State Warriors are scheduled to face the LA Clippers on Friday, Dec. 27. Stephen Curry and Gary Payton II are both ruled out of the contest. Payton is dealing with a mild calf strain, while Curry will be out due to managing his knee tendinitis.
