Romo is retiring after more than three decades with the carrier as it works on a turnaround after lagging behind some of its peers in recent years.

Tammy Romo, the company’s executive vice president and CFO, will step down, along with chief administration officer and public relations leader

The leadership changes come after the airline's executive chairman was pressured to retire early last year and two-thirds of the company's board was replaced.
