Nancy Guthrie, the mother of "Today" show anchor Savannah Guthrie, was reported missing from her Arizona home.

There was no public sign early Thursday of a response to NBC “Today” show host Savannah Guthrie’s message to her 84-year-old mother’s kidnapper.

“Something that they told me about that scene made me believe that there’s more than just a missing person,” Nanos said about the decision to set in motion a criminal investigation.
